9/19/12 - East Side SC Class
Today I set out to find my Overhead Press 1RM.  I had never done this before so this was a bit exploratory.
Overhead Press - 1 RM 33kilos
5 x 20 kilos
5 x 24 kilos
2 x 28 kilos
1 x 30 kilos
1 x 32 kilos
1 x 34 kilos - failed
1 x 33 kilos
5 x 26 kilos
I felt good about that weight.  It was tough and I battled through to get it up, but I did it!
The we moved on to the WOD.

20 Kettle Bell Swings - 16 kilos
2 rounds
20 pushups (against a bench)
20 Wall Ball Squats - 10lbs
2 rounds
25 situps
25 jumping pullups
Time: 15:41
Man was this hard.  My arms were exhausted by the end, but it felt good to be done.  My abs are still really sore from walking planks, and between bench presses, pullups, and over head press my arms were wiped going into this, but I powered through!
Then afterwards I got to play with Carries new puppy Milo.  He’s so adorable!
