8/8/12 - East Side Strength and Conditioning Class
This morning I was dragging, but I got to the gym.  We cleaned today.
Cleans
5 sets 3 reps - 29 kilos
1 set 3 reps - 31 kilos
Next we busted out the rowers for 4 rounds of 500 meters.  The goal was to equal or beat your previous time on each set.
Round 1 2:12
Round 2 2:11
Round 3 2:09
Round 4 2:06
I was happy I was able to keep improving.  I think part of it was just getting into a rhythm and improving my form on each 500 meter set.
