7/18/12 East Side SC Class
Today after lots of stretching we did Jackie.
I still can’t do squats stupid groin muscle. So I did KB swings.
The 12 kilo kettlebell felt way to easy. I could have done 16kilos easily. Honestly I spent most of the time doing the pullups. The row I finished in like 4:30, and the KBS went by really quickly.
The pullups were hard especially since we did so many yesterday too.
Round 2 - Half
The row felt a lot harder this time. The KBS were easy yet again, and the pushups were killer by the end my arm felt like jello.
