5/13/12 - Ultimate Frisbee Game Getting started today was the hard part.  I was still from Gnarly Gnines yesterday, but I think the ice bath last night really helped, along with lots of stretching this morning.  Besides feeling a little sluggish I felt good.   I met up with Boom to play Tongue & Gruv.  It was once again gloriously sunny out, and warmer than yesterday.  We got out to a great start.  We started on defense and then generated turns to take the first 4 points.  I hung back and handled.   We made quick work and took half 8 to 2.  The second half was more of the same.  We threw some zone, they threw some zone, and we eventually took the game 15 to 4.   Frisbee Game / 1:15:00 / 2 subs
